What if I need to cancel?

Things come up at the last minute — we completely understand. You can cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the event without any fees. However, you will be billed for the full amount if you cancel less than 48 hours before an event.

Hosts spend hours preparing for classes. Chefs offering cooking classes buy ingredients fresh from the market and specialty stores. This cancellation policy is in place to honor their time and ingredient purchases.

How can I add more guests to my reservation?

Add more guests by logging into your Classpop! account, clicking “My Bookings,” then the gold “Details” button, followed by “Book More Spots.” Follow the prompts to add more guests to your reservation.

How do I make a change to my reservation?

Classpop! allows you to update your reservation up to 48 hours before the event is scheduled to start. Contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

What should I do if I have not received any confirmation?

Once you’ve submitted a request online, a notice confirming the reservation request will be sent to the email address on record. To double check the email address on record, log into your Classpop! account and click “My Profile.” If the email address is correct and you still have not received a notice, check the promotions or spam folders in your email account to locate the confirmation notice.
