Cooking Class: Cuisine From the Mediterranean Coast
Take a culinary journey to the Mediterranean in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Diaurou.
Under his expert guidance, you'll learn how to capture the traditional flavors of the region. Begin the class by blending chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and seasonings to make a homemade hummus to enjoy with fresh pitta bread. Then, use minced lamb to make a lamb kofta grilled to perfection. Whip up a tzatziki sauce with yogurt, cucumber and mint to serve with the koftka and pitta. Season chickpeas with aromatic spices, onions and peppers to make a flavorful side. Then, finish off the meal with a velvety chocolate mousse made with double cream for a decadent dessert.
