Take a culinary journey through Italy in this immersive cooking class. Chef Chris will teach you the time-honored techniques to craft three Italian culinary comforts.
Begin the class by exploring the Italian coast with a spicy shrimp dish. Master the technique to fry tender shrimp to golden perfection then whip up a zesty lemon mayonnaise flavored with Italian spices and hot chilis. Next, learn how to make gnocchi from scratch by combining flour, eggs and potatoes to make the dough. Knead the dough and shape it into pillowy soft pasta paired with a homemade pesto made with pumpkin seeds, garlic and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Finish the class on a sweet note with a creamy vanilla panna cotta topped with a mixed berry jam.

Delivering delectable dishes of fine fare is one of his many talents. Moving from the five-star restaurant space to being an instructor, Chef Chris brings his artistic skills to his classes and helps students create their own gourmet meals under his expert guidance.
