Begin the class by assembling a refreshing appetizer of crispy French bread topped with rosemary, garlic and creamy Camembert cheese with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Then, how to make a traditional chicken cordon bleu. Learn how to pound chicken breast until thin and tender before layering with savory ham and creamy cheese. Whip up a creamy white wine sauce flavored with herbs to pair with the main course. Buttery fondant potatoes and crisp green beans serve as the sides. Craft a decadent apple tarte tatin topped with homemade chantilly cream for a sweet dessert.
