Cooking Class: Stuffing Handmade Pasta
Pasta bursting with flavor will be the focus of this hands-on cooking class. Chef Elvis will teach you how to make pasta and flavorful fillings from scratch.
Combine flour, eggs, water and salt to make the pasta dough, then master the technique of kneading and rolling the dough into ravioli and tortellini. Choose a fish, meat, cheese or vegetable filling before stuffing your pastas to infuse tons of flavor. Cook them until tender and before enjoying your handmade feast. Take your newfound skills back to your own kitchen to elevate your future pasta nights.
