Cooking Class: Satisfying Sushi Masterclass
Be the chef of your own sushi bar in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Elvis, you'll learn how to make makizushi and gunkan maki from scratch.
Begin the class by making the perfect fluffy sushi rice to use as your base. Use fresh vegetables like avocado, cucumber and bell pepper, as well as cured salmon and king prawn in your sushi rolls. Layer the ingredients to create visually appealing and delicious rolls. Practice the technique to roll the nori like a master before slicing the perfect sushi pieces. At the end of class, you'll have newfound skills and a handmade feast to enjoy.
