As you knead, roll and shape the dough under Chef Fabio's guidance, you'll discover the secrets to achieving the ideal texture and consistency for your gnocchi. Then, using the finest San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and onion, you'll learn how to coax out the complex flavors that define the Marinara sauce.
