Cooking Class: Elevated Italian Fare

Inspired by family and regional heritage, Chef Vicky uses a hands-on approach to lead this interactive cooking class in creating Italian classics. From making pasta by hand to crafting a range of sauces, this cooking class has much to offer to beginners and experts alike. First, combine three basic ingredients to create a light and airy appetizer. Next, learn how to roll, cut and boil five pasta variations - maccheroni, busiate, pici, trofie and gnocchi - before choosing from a range of classic Italian sauces. Finally, layer mascarpone, ladyfingers and whipped heavy cream to make tiramisu.
