Cooking Class: Italian Cooking Heritage

No matter if you’re a pasta professional or a pasta novice, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vicky is great for chefs of all levels. You will dive into the complex world of pasta making from dough to sauce and learn to love every step of crafting the perfect pasta menu. First, you will prepare a traditional amuse-bouche of fresh bruschetta. Next, you will choose to make tagliatelle, farfalle or pappardelle pasta before learning how to make one of Chef Vicky’s family sauce recipes: great grandmother's ragu, traditional mushroom sauce or Vicky’s very own pistachio sauce.
