Pasta making might sound like more of a hassle than it’s worth, but in this interactive cooking class with Chef Vicky, you’ll see just how easy it can be. Forget boxed pasta and store-bought sauces, learn how to make your own with the aid of a top-skilled chef. Pasta comes in all shapes and sizes, which is why Chef Vicky will demonstrate how to make a few variations: tortellini, ravioli, pansotti and tortelli. No pasta is great on its own, so you will then learn to make one of three staple sauces of Chef Vicky’s family heritage.
