Natalie created and executed a beautifully, delicious menu for my mother’s 50th birthday party. It was a cooking class that turned into a dinner party of 10, and she accommodated all “special” requests. Pleasing 10 people at once is no easy together to make every one feel special and important. The food was amazing and perfect alternatives for those vegan, and vegetarian. My favourite was the Barbadian fish cakes and the macaroni cheese! We could not have asked for anything more – it was beyond our expectations for this very special evening.
