Learn traditional Mexican cooking techniques such as handmaking fresh tortillas in this one-of-a-kind class. Cook a zesty three-course menu beginning with homemade tortillas and an assortment of Mexican dips such as guacamole. Next, simmer a pot of spicy Mexican beans, tangy pickled cabbage and tender Oaxaca pulled pork with smoked chimichurri. Then, grill off garlic prawns with spicy chipotle mayo. End with fresh deep-fried churros dusted with cinnamon sugar and topped with fresh blueberries.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class where I learned to make fresh tortillas and mouthwatering salmon and steak tacos. This culinary experience was nothing short of a delightful adventure into the world of Mexican cuisine, and I can't stop raving about it! Chef Dougie's has great knowledge of Mexican food and his step by step explanation made the class very enjoyable.
