Led by a world-class chef, you’ll start by creating a traditional Sicilian bruschetta on fresh, flaky sourdough bread. Next, you’ll learn the basics of a great risotto as you craft an Italian butternut squash risotto using classic techniques and ingredients. For your side you’ll enjoy an Italian-style eggplant dish and for dessert a classic, delicious tiramisu.
