If you’ve ever wondered how to make perfect, pillowy soft potato gnocchi from scratch, then this hands–on cooking class is for you. Led by world-class Chef Luca, you’ll start your lesson by learning how to flavor and cook baby octopus and a rich tomato sauce to accompany it. Next, you’ll get to know your gnocchi as your instructor teaches you how to create handmade sweet potato gnocchi. Finally, you’ll end your lesson with a sweet potato panna cotta with fresh blueberries and vanilla.
