Led by a world-class professional chef, you’ll start your lesson by learning how to make delicate rice paper spring rolls and Thai peanut sauce from scratch. Next, you’ll craft a rich and flavorful Thai Panang curry with brown rice and your choice of protein. To accompany your meal you’ll create homemade potato flatbread and a refreshing Thai cucumber salad. For dessert you’ll whip up sesame and ginger rice balls with fresh ginger syrup.
