Cooking Class: Classic Chinese Cuisine
Discover a world of classic Chinese ingredients, technues and flavors in this immersive, hands-on cooking class. Led by a world-class professional chef, you’ll start by learning how to create handmade pork and chicken egg rolls and fresh steamed bao buns. Then you’ll craft a perfectly spiced and flavorful mushroom salad and white miso butter oysters. For dessert your instructor will teach you how to create sweet and delicate Chinese almond biscuits paired with jasmine tea.
