Next, you’ll learn how to balance the flavors of ginger sea bass with steamed vegetables. For your side dish, you’ll create a smoked basmati fried rice with a prawn and papaya salad and to end your amazing meal you’ll enjoy a classic Vietnamese coconut caramel dessert.

Amazing evening with chef Tim - what a lovely person and amazing chef. We had a great few hours cooking along and a lovely meal which we were able to tailor. Would highly recommend !
