Cooking Class: Vegan Pasta 101

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore the world of vegan pasta with expert guidance from a professional chef. You’ll start with an authentic vegan bruschetta with olive oil, garlic, basil and fresh tomatoes. Next you’ll learn how to craft a green spinach pasta as well as a classic pasta. For your sauces, your instructor will teach you how to make your very own homemade pesto sauce and a flavorful chili sauce to accompany your pastas. Finally, you’ll finish your meal with a delectable vegan tiramisu made with tofu, coffee, biscuits and cocoa powder.
