You’ll start by getting acquainted with Korean-style vegetables and learn how to perfectly fry up crispy spring onion pancakes. Then Chef Gianni will teach you how to craft and season delicious stir-fried mushrooms and yaki noodles. You’ll end your meal with a fresh, Thai cucumber salad and for dessert, a sweetly balanced peach, melon and basil melba mess.

The class truly unraveled the secrets of crafting Tagliatelle from scratch and pairing it with a Mushroom Brandy Sauce, all elegantly presented within a Parmesan basket.
