Led by Chef Rapeephan, a local culinary expert, you'll take a tour of a Thai market to pick up fresh ingredients to craft a delicious Thai feast. You'll begin the class by making Tom kha gai, a creamy coconut milk soup filled with tender chicken and seasoned with lemongrass and lime juice. Next, master stir-frying techniques to cook spinach, garlic and soybeans in a homemade sauce. Craft a refreshing green papaya salad with tomato and a homemade dressing made with lime juice, fish sauce and coconut sugar. For dessert, combine Thai mango, glutinous rice and coconut milk to make a mango sticky rice. Use condensed and evaporated milks to make a Thai milk tea to end the meal.
