Infuse local flavors into your trip to Bangkok with a delightful cooking class. Under the guidance of a local culinary expert, Chef Rapeephan, you will pick up ingredients from a market to craft authentic dishes.
Begin the class by cooking tom yum kung, a spicy shrimp soup flavored with aromatic lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Then, learn the stir-fry techniques to make a pad Thai with rice noodles and tofu and a homemade sauce with tamarind paste and fish sauce. Make a creamy massaman curry filled with chicken, potatoes and tomatoes. Cook up sticky rice made with glutinous rice and coconut milk to serve alongside Thai mango for a tropical dessert. Finally, sip on a homemade Thai milk tea with fresh Thai tea leaves and condensed milk.
