Engage your group with a fun, food-filled team building activity that comes with some friendly competition. Expert Chef Jenn will lead your team through a lesson in making creative mocktails and delicious hors d'oeuvres for a unique and elevated happy hour experience.
Start the session with a demonstration on how to mix alcohol-free botanicals to create mood-boosting mocktails. Then, split your team into smaller groups and let the friendly competition begin! Work together to prepare delicious appetizers like goat cheese and vegetable-filled filo dough, homemade pizza dough calzones, and pan-roasted peaches with whipped ricotta. This experience is sure to be a memorable and engaging way to bring your team together and foster stronger relationships.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

With raspberry leaf melba, kratom plant-infused yuzu and lemonade

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
