Team Building Activity: Fabulous Sushi Slice and Dice
Roll into the kitchen with your crew in tow for a team building activity that's all about sushi! Chef Afi is ready to show your team how to make their own delicious rolls in a collaborative lesson with a hearty serving of friendly competition in the mix.
Your budding chefs will come together to learn techniques for cooking sushi rice that work every time. Then, they'll man their battlestations and face off to create California rolls and vegetable tempura rolls using an enticing selection of fresh ingredients and tempting mix-ins. The team with the sushi that's a cut above the rest takes home the title!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Afi gave us a great first time cooking class experience. My partner and I had a blast making these delicious Butternut Squash Raviolis and enjoyed learning about the whole process and how simple it was to make! She inspired us to make these at home and we would love to take another one of her classes!
