Let Chef Timothy lead your gang in a team building activity where French cuisine is the main event! With his expert guidance, your group will learn techniques from the culinary tradition where gourmet cooking began.
Your crew begins by preparing a savory French onion soup topped with gooey gruyère and served with a crispy sourdough baguette. Then, they'll create a trio of entrées, including filet mignon, a traditional salmon dish made tangy with capers and zesty lemon, and chicken fricassee prepared Dijon style. They'll also whip up two sides: potatoes Lyonnaise and herbed asparagus. An apple tarte tatin serves as a dessert piece de resistance.

This was the first time that my wife and I had taken a cooking course. There was virtually no instruction unless you were one of the lucky ones around the table that happened to be in front of him while he demonstrated. The resulting product was not really edible. The rice was a mushy mess. The whole time the class felt rushed and disorganized.

Chef was great but the food was not great quality and the rice was cooked weird.

Absolutely loved this class. Chef Timothy was very knowledgeable and informative. It was just a really cool and unique experience. The sushi was also delicious! :)

With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels.
