Get your team cooking with traditional Spanish style in a team building activity with Chef Timothy. He'll share his secrets for create this classic dish in a friendly competition for your crew to enjoy.
They'll begin with a lesson in charcuterie by arranging fruit, cheese, breads and spreads in a charming display to nibble on. Then, the heat is on as your gang breaks into smaller groups to prepare their paella, a combination of rice, vegetables and meats seasoned with savory spices and wine. After the winner is declared, your aspiring chefs will whip up a traditional crema Catalana to enjoy for dessert.

This was the first time that my wife and I had taken a cooking course. There was virtually no instruction unless you were one of the lucky ones around the table that happened to be in front of him while he demonstrated. The resulting product was not really edible. The rice was a mushy mess. The whole time the class felt rushed and disorganized.

Chef was great but the food was not great quality and the rice was cooked weird.

Absolutely loved this class. Chef Timothy was very knowledgeable and informative. It was just a really cool and unique experience. The sushi was also delicious! :)

With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels.
