Your team will get a hands-on experience in pasta-making as Chef Derrick demonstrates expert methods for making fresh pasta and three classic pasta sauces. Then, teams will tie on their aprons and dive into a lively cooking competition.
This fun activity will foster team bonding as groups work together to create a delicious pasta dish with fresh dough and their own innovative sauces. The room will be filled with excitement and high spirits as everyone enjoys a break from work and a fiery competition. Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

This was a great evening event (date night). Chef Derik is such a great person and made everyone feel welcome. He encouraged each person to “roll up their sleeves” and get involved. We will be doing another one soon.

Over the past 30 years, Chef Derrick has built an admirable career in the culinary arts. His time in the kitchen has taken him from Philippines to California in roles ranging from line cook to head chef. Much of his experience occurred in the hospitality industry, which provided him a keen service-oriented skill set. With so much to offer his guests, Chef Derrick is ready to help you taste the good life.
