Team Building Activity: Hand-Rolled Sushi for Teams

Bond with your team and master the art of sushi rolling by hand in this fun team building activity. Guided by Chef Krong, your group will learn to combine an array of fresh ingredients to make an authentic, classic sushi menu worthy of a restaurant.


Everyone will start out by making savory garlic edamame before they master the art of sushi-rolling. Everyone will get to make two tasty rolls, choosing from classic ingredients for a California roll, fresh tuna rolls and vegetable rolls. After perfecting your sushi rolls, everyone will enjoy a traditional Japanese dessert: mochi, a delicately sweet and chewy treat. 


MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

With ingredients for tuna rolls, California rolls and vegetable rolls, including rice, seaweed, imitation crab meat, cucumber, avocado, carrots, Japanese mayonnaise and sesame seeds


Japanese Mochi Rice Cake

Prepared in advance by the chef

With red bean paste

Our group of 20 had such a wonderful time with Chef Krong! She was well prepared, professional, and funny. The dumplings were delicious, and our team had a really fun time making them together. Absolutely would recommend and would use her again!
