Team Building Activity: Cook Classics From the Italian Kitchen
Teams can discover their skills for creating rustic Italian cuisine in this culinary team building activity, courtesy of Chef David. He'll show your crew how to prepare robust Italian recipes in the delicious Old World tradition.
Your crew will begin with a green salad featuring bright arugula and the zing of lemony citrus essence. Then, they'll prepare hearty chicken piccata with capers and shallots for a tempting handmade entrée, while a creamy parmesan risotto and sauteed rapini make delicious side dishes. For dessert, your team will finish up with traditional cannoli, a crispy pastry shell filled with sweetened mascarpone cheese and drizzled with creamy chocolate.
