Treat your crew to a team building activity where the kitchen becomes the playing field! Chef David shares his secrets for crafting a fabulous pasta dinner from scratch with all the trimmings, from antipasto to dessert.
Team members begin by preparing zesty bruschetta featuring ripe heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. Then, they'll discover the magic of combining flour, eggs and water to create authentic, hand-crafted pasta dough, sliced into fettuccine and pappardelle. They'll also cook a pair of savory sauces including hearty Bolognese and creamy Alfredo, assemble a classic Caesar salad, and whip up decadent cannoli filled with fluffy mascarpone.

With experience as a private chef, Chef David brings years of knowledge and skills to the culinary classroom. He honed his skills under the guidance of a James Beard Award-winning chef at one of Chicago's most famous restaurants. Over the past five years, Chef David has worked as a culinary instructor at one of Chicago's premier cooking schools where he teaches interactive cooking classes. Topics range from the basic building blocks of cooking to intensive boot camp-style classes.
