Team Building Activity: Team Pasta-Making Face Off
Get hungry and competitive for a team building activity like none other! This fun event will include an insightful culinary lesson from Chef Dominique before your crew gets involved in an exciting cooking challenge.
Chef Dominique will provide a complete lesson in authentic pasta-making before the group splits into teams. Working together, each team will create their own pasta dough, shaping it however they choose to and selecting a variety of toppings to serve it with. The team who serves the best-tasting, best-looking, most creative pasta dish will win the crown!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase or provide alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.

Pasta Dough
With flour, olive oil, salt and water
Tomato Basil Sauce
With crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, crushed red pepper and salt
Non-Dairy Alfredo Sauce
With heavy cream, garlic, butter, parmesan cheese and flour
