Team Building Activity: Learning Sushi Fundamentals
This in-person team building activity turned cooking class with Chef Alejandro is your ticket to home sushi mastery. He's ready to share his secrets and teach you how to create your favorite sushi dishes as you bond and relax with coworkers.
This session includes a lesson in gyoza, traditional potstickers filled with vegetables, and kapppamaki rolls made with cooling cucumber and flavored with the nutty warmth of sesame seeds. You'll also create salmon rolls made fiery with spicy mayonnaise, and temaki, a cone-shaped sushi roll filled with salmon and avocado. Bring your course to a sweet close with homemade mochi ice cream for dessert.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HAVING CHEF FRANCO!! I PURCHASED HIS SERVICES AS A XMAS GIFT TO MY GRANDSONS & THEY LOVE EVERY MOMENT OF THEIR CLASS!! CHEF FRANCO WAS FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE!! HE WAS ALSO VERY PATIENT WITH MY GRANDSONS!! WE WILL BE USING CHEF FRANCO AGAIN!!

We had an excellent time at Chef Alejandro's class. He is extremely warm and welcoming, a great teacher, and makes you feel like you have known him forever. It was great fun, and I would recommend to anyone.

Meet your chef
With more than a decade of professional culinary experience to his credit, Chef Alejandro is a sushi itamae who learned the art of sushi in Venezuela. He continued his studies in three other countries before settling in the United States. Chef Alejandro currently hosts private events and teaches sushi-making classes for eager students.
