Bring your group together in the best way with handmade pizzas and plenty of chef-approved eats in this fun team building activity. Chef Landi will be your culinary guide as your team bonds and connects while learning valuable new cooking skills.
In this hands-on event, everyone will make an appetizer, pizza and dessert of their choosing. Fuel up with restaurant-worthy appetizers like grilled romaine Caesar salad and creamy butternut squash soup. Then, roll up your sleeves to craft handmade pizza dough before topping it with delectable ingredients like mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, pesto and more. After enjoying your perfectly-cooked pizzas, everyone will indulge in a sweet treat to end the class, whether they choose classic Sicilian cannolis or creative Nutella pizzas.

Chef Landi began his culinary career many decades ago as a restaurant server in Italy. His passion for food led to a career with rapid growth as he quickly became confident in the kitchen, learning classical Italian culinary training. Upon relocating to the U.S. in 2001, Chef Landi channeled his culinary passions and valuable skills into a profession of culinary instruction. A highly-respected chef and instructor, Chef Landi is certainly someone to learn from.
