Team Building Activity: Spicy Salsa-Making Challenge
Invite your team to a fiesta-like challenge in this thrilling team building activity. Chef Lawrencia will guide your crew through guacamole and salsa-making techniques and basics to kick off the class.
Next, your team will split up into groups for the ultimate challenge as they design their own custom “brand” of flavorful dip. They’ll work together to incorporate various ingredients and delicious mix-ins for a dip that's more innovative and tasty than the rest. After one group is crowned the winner, spend some time savoring each unique creation.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Seemed like the chef had little to no knowledge on making sushi, there was really no step by step. Just a chaotic mess throughout the class. Chef acted as if we were already supposed to know what we were doing and the microwave rice when making sushi is not the way to go. We had fun with our table regardless of the poor class.
