Team Building Activity: Creative Dumpling-Making Competition
Gather your crew for an adventurous team building activity that includes dumpling-making and a healthy dose of friendly competition. Chef Tiffany will guide them in how to make the perfect dumpling dough and walk them through traditional fillings and folding techniques.
Then, excitement will fill the room as competition ensues. The team will split into groups and use a variety of ingredients to come up with the most innovative, best-tasting dumplings in the room. Discover your team’s capacity for creativity and unique culinary creations with their delicious dumplings.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to provide beer or alcohol to enjoy during the class.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Chef Tiffany was amazing. Incredibly friendly and definitely a good instructor. The venue however was not great, it was at a brewery and the brewery was dirty and very loud. That was the only downside, otherwise I would absolutely recommend chef Tiffany

With 16 years of professional experience in the food industry, Chef Tiffany has developed a noteworthy affinity for the culinary arts. With degrees in culinary arts and hospitality, she has served as a chef in numerous restaurant kitchens and cafès. Deeply passionate about all things food, she now teaches food safety at the Culinary Institute of Child Nutrition and culinary arts to high school students. She even volunteers to provide fresh produce to the elderly community. Chef Tiffany knows how to cook and how to educate, making her the ideal host for all culinary experiences!
