Team Building Activity: Cheerful Charcuterie Board Contest

The contemporary art of charcuterie is the forum for this competitive team building activity from Chef Chris. He'll share his secrets for crafting a selection of sliced delights and challenge your crew to get in on the magic.

Enjoy a demonstration of artful handmade roses formed from delicious deli meats before testing out your skills with a cold cut floral arrangement of your own. You'll learn how to pair wines with the proper meats and cheeses before breaking up into groups to compete. My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class with Chef Chris. We learned so much about the chemistry of cooling and how easy it really is to make incredibly tasty food from whole ingredients. Looking forward to making meals for our family in the upcoming holiday season- especially some homemade gelato/“ice cream”!
