Team Building Activity: Make the Best of '90s Eats

Take your crew back to the '90s for a fun team building activity with retro flair! Let Chef Megan transport you to those nostaligic days with a culinary exploration of old-time flavors. Everyone will get to bond, learn new skills and share a delicious feast together.


This hands-on lesson will begin with a flaky baked brie en croûte featuring a sweet bite of fig jam. Next, toss together a warm goat cheese salad topped with walnuts and pears and drizzled in a tangy homemade dressing. The star of the show is a hand-crafted butternut squash ravioli which will be served in a savory sage brown butter sauce. Finish up on an indulgent note with warm chocolate lava cakes featuring a decadent molten center.

I surprised my husband who loves to cook with this experience. He was blown away and loved the extra little tips about the tools we use every day in the kitchen. The salad dressing from scratch and blow torch stole the show! It was incredibly memorable!
