Team Building Activity: Group Guacamole-Making Throw-Down

Join Chef Vivian and Chef Michi for a team building activity that provides excitement and plenty of great eats! Your group will use communication, time management and organizational skills to chop, slice, dice and smash a duo of chef-approved guacamole and salsa. 


After everyone learns culinary tips from the chefs, the group will split into teams to compete for the salsa-making crown. In this friendly competition, teams will use their creativity to create the most unique, best-tasting guacamole and salsas in the room. They'll choose from a diverse array of ingredients including hot green chilis, tangy mango and more. The winning dish will be judged on innovation and overall taste. Your team will bond, let loose and have a great time while enjoying their homemade dips with tortilla chips and various veggies.


MENU


All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.


Guacamole

With avocado, garlic, salt, pepper and lime


Salsa

With tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
