Invigorate your crew with some friendly competition and great eats in this team building activity turned cooking competition. They'll enjoy a tantalizing chef-prepared taco station, fun trivia and a dip-making competition with a feisty edge. Chef Zach will be your culinary guide through this fun event and will demonstrate an expert's guacamole-making methods before letting the crew split into teams to compete.
Using a variety of ingredients, they'll exercise creativity, leadership and teamwork to work to create the most innovative, best-tasting guac in the room! Dine together, share laughs and make it an event to remember. Feel free to provide your own wine or alcoholic beverages for the team.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Ingredient options include avocados, ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onions, tropical fruit, chili peppers and more
DIY Taco Station Lunch and Trivia
Prepared in advance
With corn tortillas, flour tortillas, choice of chicken or beef, fajita vegetables, salsa, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and tortilla chips
Virgin Sangria
BYOB red wine or white wine, optional

Zach was so much fun to cook with! He is very personable, very knowledgeable and loves what he does. The food was absolutely delicious and we learned so many cool new tricks! We would definitely sign up for his class again.
