Fire up your team with some chef-approved food and feisty competition in this exciting team building activity. Culinary expert Chef Greg will provide an insightful cooking lesson plus a tantalizing taco spread for everyone to enjoy together.
Kick off this event with entertaining trivia and team bonding. Next, teammates will compete in the ultimate guacamole-making challenge. Creativity and motivation will be reinvigorated as everyone works to come up with the most unique, best-tasting guac in the room. After the winner is crowned, enjoy a DIY taco station with non-alcoholic sangria (feel free to provide your own wine).

MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Ingredient options include avocados, ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onions, tropical fruit, chili peppers and more
DIY Taco Station Lunch and Trivia
Prepared in advance
With corn tortillas, flour tortillas, choice of chicken or beef, fajita vegetables, salsa, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and tortilla chips
Virgin Sangria
BYOB red wine or white wine, optional

If I could rate Greg 10 stars I would. My husband and I bought his cooking class for our parents to do together and they all had a blast! They only had great things to say about Greg and his cooking. Greg- thank you for being so great to our parents. They loved you!

The food was very tasty and the chef was very nice. Very nice conversations. There really wasn't any class/ teaching component, and despite multiple emails to chef through the website, I never got a response. Also we were supposed to get the recipes from the chef, but never got it from the chef.

Greg was Professional and proficient. The meal turned out awesome and we loved the conversation while we cooked. Highly recommend chef Greg.
