Team Building Activity: Sushi-Rolling Rivalry
Craft your own unique sushi rolls and engage in some fun comeptition in this team building activity. Chef Nate will teach you expert methods for making classic sushi rolls before your team splits into groups to compete for the title of Sushi Supreme!
Choosing from a variety of filling ingredients, groups will work together to create their own unique sushi rolls. Witness the team's natural leaders, innovative minds and team players exercise their strengths together as they compete for the win. The winning group will be judged on their dish's creativity, appearance and overall taste. In the end, everyone will get to enjoy plenty of fresh, chef-approved sushi together!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

With sushi rice, nori, crab/surimi, avocado and cucumber
Shrimp Tempura Roll
With sushi rice, nori, tempura shrimp, cucumber and avocado

Chef Nate was great! He gave us a lot of knowledge about sushi and how it all began. The class was very relaxed and he took the time to explain things if you had questions. Overall it was such a fun class! I definitely recommend taking one if you like sushi!
