Team Building Activity: Make Risotto and Italian Eats With the Team
Gather your group for this exciting team building activity for Italian food lovers. The team will get an insightful culinary lesson from Chef Elham, including tips regarding balancing flavor profiles and new kitchen techniques.
Join instructor Chef Elham as you begin your meal with an expertly curated charcuterie board and crisp spring salad tossed in flavorful balsamic dressing. You’ll then learn to make perfectly creamy chicken and mushroom risotto with rich Parmesan and pine nuts. Your group will also create a colorful risotto with seasonal vegetables for a lighter option. To end your culinary adventure, you’ll create a bright lemon tart filled with refreshing flavor and topped with freshly whipped cream. Your team will enjoy some high-quality eats and camaraderie outside of the office!
All cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

We had fun and learned some helpful tips for making chocolate desserts. My sisters and I think that there should be a maximum of 4 students in a class because the kitchen is small.

Had an awesome time taking this class. The recipes were delish, great tips on where to source the ingredients and best Tom Ka soup I've ever had, can't wait to make it for friends at home when I get access to the class recipes! Super fun evening
Meet your chef
For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
