Team Building Activity: Fiesta Flavors Cooking Competition

Spice up your workday with this fiesta-like team building activity led by Chef Denis. Culinary expert Chef Denis will teach your team an array of valuable cooking tips and techniques including recipes for perfect homemade guacamole and salsa. After that, your team will split into groups for some friendly (or feisty) competition!


Chef Denis will provide your team with a tantalizing array of mix-in ingredients so that groups can come up with their own guacamole or salsa creation. Team players, natural leaders and problem solvers will use their strengths to get creative and compete for the win. The winning dish will be judged on creativity, appearance and overall taste. Everyone will get to enjoy some laid-back fun as they bond with their peers, and everyone will enjoy a delicious dipping feast!


MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.


Guacamole

With avocado, garlic, salt, pepper and lime


Salsa

With tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño


Various "mix-in" Ingredients

With green chili, habanero peppers, corn, mango, papaya, pomegranate, tomato and more

With tortilla chips, veggies and more
