Team Building Activity: Spirited Pasta-Making Competition
Make fresh pasta dough by hand alongside your peers in this fun team building activity that will transport your tastebuds to Italy. Culinary expert Chef Diana will guide your group through the process of making perfect pasta dough to go with a variety of scratch-made sauces. After you master these skills, it's time for a little healthy competition!
The group will split into teams and each will work together to make the best dish in the room. Together, teams will decide on everything from pasta shape to which sauce or combination of sauces and toppings they'll use to impress judges. Watch as the creative thinkers get to work, natural-born leaders arise and team players hold it all together with serious bragging rights on the line. Judges will critique dishes based on innovation, appearance and overall flavor.

Pasta Dough
With flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water
Marinara Sauce
With crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano and salt
Alfredo Sauce
With heavy cream, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese and flour

The fondue cooking class was amazing. Chef Diana provided step by step instructions and guided us in making delicious fondues that we could replicate at home. She provided a fun and informative cooking experience!
