Make pasta by hand and a wholesome array of other Italian favorites alongside your peers in this hands-on team building activity. With Chef Laura as your expert guide, your group will work together on a truly impressive four-course meal that you’ll get to enjoy in each others company. Teamwork, creative thinking and quality team bonding will infuse your group with an uplifting energy that they'll take back to the office with them!
You’ll start your meal by dicing up tomatoes for a classic bruschetta on crispy toasted bread. Next, everyone will roll up their sleeves to knead and shape fresh pasta to be topped with a hearty homemade sauce of the group's choice. Your team will also savor a restaurant-worthy chicken piccata flavored by capers and tangy lemon before crafting a build-your-own cheesecake parfait.

My girlfriend and I had such an incredible night and cooking class with Chef Laura. Not only did she teach us how to prepare everything from start to finish, but she made it so much more fun than just a cooking class, chef Laura is now family. The food was absolutely delicious, and it is the best date night and experience we've ever had. Looking forward to doing another one soon, highly recommended!
Chef Laura is an entrepreneur, personal chef, culinary instructor and recipe developer who brings more than 15 years of professional culinary experience to the table. After graduating from culinary school in Denver, Chef Laura began teaching cooking classes at one of America's leading gourmet foods stores. Today, she owns her own business where she offers dinner parties and small event catering as well as cooking classes.
