Team Building Activity: Cook Italian Countryside Eats With a Chef
Bring your team together for a culinary tour of the Italian countryside with this spirited team building activity. Chef Rebecca will be your expert guide as teamwork and creativity propel this hands-on cooking class.
Your team will learn valuable culinary techniques and traditional cooking methods as Chef Rebecca teaches them four delightful Italian recipes that make a vibrant, summery meal. Your team's natural leaders, innovators and problem-solvers will shine as they make a Tuscan tomato bruschetta on crusty brown butter toast and a lemon, shallot, and arugula salad. Creativity will come through as everyone makes a fresh pesto flatbread from a selection of various toppings. The wonderfully spongey lemon olive oil cakes made for dessert will be the talk of the office for weeks to come.

Chef Rebecca was wonderful and very thorough through out the entire cooling session. She makes it so simple for you to understand and grasp the concept of overall cooking. The menu was DELISH and am going to be making it at home. I highly recommend her and her cooking classes.

Chef Rebecca created a wonderful experience for my daughter and I to learn how to prepare a Mexican taco dinner. She guided us through each of the hands-on steps, with tips and tricks to create an authentic meal. I know we’ll be making the dessert again at home some time very soon! She led us with patience, enthusiasm and a depth of knowledge that made the experience both a learning one and a fun one.
