Team Building Activity: Serve Dishes Loved by Northern-Indian Royalty
In this insightful cooking class, you will learn to prepare a lavish spread that the royal families in India's Mughal reign dined on. With expert Chef Pooja as your guide, you'll discover how to use simple ingredients to create divine, flavorful dishes while you learn valuable culinary techniques.
To start, you'll prepare hearty vegetable kababas served alongside a creamy yogurt-based chutney. Create a lovely, comforting saag paneer made with stewed spinach, spices and cashews for your main dish to be served with a mango and chili-based saffron rice. Save room for a traditional and beloved Northern Indian dessert, vermicelli kheer.
