Team Building Activity: Farm-to-Table Italian Fare
In this team building activity, you'll learn three recipes for authentic farm-to-table Italian dishes. As you cook with Chef Landi, you'll discover how to enhance the natural flavors of fresh vegetables and fruit while polishing your knife skills. To begin this cooking class, Chef Landi will demonstrate professional techniques for peeling, slicing and dicing vegetables. You'll use those vegetables to craft a minestrone soup brimming Italian herbs and Parmesan. You'll also learn to cook a classic chicken Marsala with pasta you've made by hand. Finally, you and your team will finish off the meal with a zesty lemon polenta cake with strawberries and honey.

I recently attended a cooking class that exceeded my expectations! The instructor was knowledgeable and passionate, making the learning experience both enjoyable and informative. We covered a variety of techniques and dishes, and the hands-on approach allowed us to practice what we learned right away. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive, making it easy to ask questions and connect with other participants. Plus, the food we prepared was delicious! I left feeling inspired and excited to try new recipes at home. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their cooking skills!

Chef Landi’s cooking class was an absolute pleasure! His experience in cooking speaks volumes through his food as well as his stories! He was welcoming and knowledgeable and we had an amazing experience, so much so we can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to take a cooking class, he’s a great teacher.

His passion for food led to a career with rapid growth as he quickly became confident in the kitchen, learning classical Italian culinary training. Upon relocating to the U.S. in 2001, Chef Landi channeled his culinary passions and valuable skills into a profession of culinary instruction.
