Team Building Activity: Traditional Asian Favorites
In this unique, hands-on, culinary team building activity, Chef Kymberly will teach you how to make wonton soup from scratch and how to prepare perfect egg rolls. Utilizing classic cooking techniques, you’ll mix traditional Asian flavors like ginger, green onion and sesame oil to make succulent pork and delicious vegetables. You’ll also sharpen your knife skills and learn how to cook authentic fried rice, a dish destined to be a favorite at family dinners or the office potluck. For dessert, you’ll prepare sweet and crunchy banana fritters with smooth vanilla ice cream.
