Team Building Activity: Gourmet French Cuisine
Build your team as you all build upon learning the timeless skills of cooking French cuisine in this fun team building activity. Chef Kymberly will expertly walk you all through the foundational techniques of French cooking, which is synonymous with class and style in the kitchen. It all starts as you all experience cheese via a fromage fort. The main course (one that would make Julia Child proud) entails the savory and satisfying Coq au Vin and is wrapped up with a delectable brie en croute. These recipes will bring you all together as a team as they also provide the skills of a Michelin Star chef.

Fromage Fort
With baguette bread, olive oil and assortment of cheese
French Salad
With spring mix, beets, sugar pecans and goat cheese
Coq au Vin
With chicken, bacon, carrots, white wine, heavy cream and French bread
Brie en Croute
With flour, eggs, butter and jam
