Learn to prepare Cajun-style seafood dishes in this team building class with Chef Luis. He has created a menu of seafood dishes that will impress your team and your taste buds. Your team will kick things off by preparing jalapeño-stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon, then frying up some crispy calamari. Next, you'll learn to prepare a traditional Cajun seafood boil with a wide array of seafood delicacies and plenty of Cajun spice. Finally, you'll roll and fry fluffy New Orleans-style beignets for dessert.

Having Chef Luis come over and do a lesson was so much fun! We really enjoyed the evening and learned some great new tips, along with new recipes. We were a little nervous, not sure what to expect (we may have watched to many Hell’s Kitchens, where chefs yell a lot), but he immediately walked in and made it a relaxing night. He was just like inviting a friend over and cooking together. We would highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Chef Luis was amazing. I booked him for a surprise birthday party for my wife. We made a four course Greek dinner. Five star experience and one my wife will never forget. Guys, if you want to impress your lady, I highly recommend this experience and if you are in the Salt Lake market, you have to bid Chef Luis!!
